The Superview TV journey began at Tek-Noise, our local party concept, later evolving into Lawaai. These early steps laid the foundation for our venture into the world of VJ’ing.
Gaining recognition at Tek-Noise/Lawaai, we expanded our reach, collaborating with other DJs and gracing the stages of notable venues. As resident VJs, we left our mark at Machine Club Leuven (unofficial), Versuz Club Hasselt, Forty Five Club Hasselt (unofficial), Aftr sun festival, and Tibbaa on air.
Venturing into the festival scene, we curated unforgettable experiences at Desperado stages in festivals like Ostend Beach, Extrema Outdoor, Daydream Festival through Mac 21. Supporting renowned DJs and bands such as Green Velvet, Helena Hauff, Doctor Lectroluv, Black Mamba, Kevin De Vries, Guru Guru, Claude von Stroke, Bounty Island, Mantis, Cellini, and more, marked pivotal moments in our journey.
Our journey expanded into the art world, hosting Interlimburgse Kunstfietsdagen, Hasselt Kunstennacht with Bottlo Bar and Mavicazine, securing a feature in the art book “Uitgestald-1” by Uitstalling Gallery, and anticipating more exhibitions on the horizon.
The history of Superview TV is an ongoing narrative, and we’re thrilled to continue this journey through an experimental exploration of the intersection between traditional and new visual mediums. Finding a way to empower the retro visual style by cutting-edge visual mediums.
In the heart of our creative process lies the concept of ‘pixel painting.’ By seamlessly blending pixels with scanlines, we create a harmonious marriage between HD clarity and the expressive embrace of digital noise. Our canvas becomes a playground, pushing the boundaries of visual artistry.
